Reception Parent Project

Our Reception classes have been delighted to welcome parents into school for the start of our Parent Project, which begun with a maths workshop on Thursday in which parents and carers were invited into the classroom for a presentation from class teachers on what the project will involve. They were then given the opportunity to complete some of the activities in the classroom with the children, which gave our parents a real insight into how we teach maths and how to best support the children with their learning. The feedback from the workshop was very positive and we can’t wait to get started with the home-learning activities!
